1. Liability Waiver: I understand that swimming involves inherent risks. I release Swimbrite Swim School, its employees, and instructors from any liability for injuries that may occur during lessons, unless caused by gross negligence.
2. Medical Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Swimbrite staff to seek emergency medical treatment for the swimmer. I will be responsible for any medical costs incurred.
3. Photo/Video Consent: I grant permission for photos and videos taken during lessons to be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials).
4. Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice is required for lesson cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the lesson fee.
5. Payment Terms: Fees are due at the beginning of each month. A 7-day grace period is allowed, after which a late fee may apply.
6. Pool Rules: All swimmers must follow pool rules and instructor directions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program.
7. Health Declaration: I confirm the swimmer is in good health and fit to participate in swimming lessons. I will inform Swimbrite of any changes to health status.
